Library Resources for Liberty University School of Law Students: Course Materials and Study Aids

Study Aids

The Law Library has a number of study guides  that may be useful for understanding the regulatory oversight involved with agency issued rules and enforcement.

You can find resources on Admin Law in print in the Library for most of the popular series noted on our guide to Study Aids. A few of the online access points are noted below.

An online subscription-based service that provides electronic access to over 350 study aids from West, Foundation Press and Gilberts, including Nutshells, Concise Hornbooks, Sum and Substance, and Gilbert Law Summaries. (Law Students only)
 

The Wolters Kluwer Online Study Aid Library includes the complete collection of titles from the most popular study aids and also offers over 200 videos with coverage of 21-course areas.

The Lexis Digital Library (Lexis Study Aids) offers on-demand access to the Understanding series, the Question & Answer series, and more titles in an easy-to-read, book-like format. Titles can be downloaded and/or accessed on the mobile app.
 

Reserve: Located behind the Customer Service desk

Some materials in the library are on reserve due to high demand or at the request of a faculty member for a particular course. There are also Practice Exams and Flash cards available in reserve.

Reserve materials must be requested at the Circulation Desk.  Most reserve materials may be borrowed for four hours.

Ready Reference

Located at the circulation desk with a green call number label on the spine. These items are an assortment of reference books for law students to check on the go.
